What Does Blood In Urine Indicate After Being Treated For Low Grade Bladder Cancer?
I have just urinated twice about 10 minutes apart and noticed blood discoloring my urine. It is not real dark and is pinkish in the toilet. No pain or particular urgency. I have not experienced this before (although I have had post surgery catheters in the past). I have been treated for low grade bladder cancer several times in the past. Most recently about 13 months ago. I was examined most recently Dec 21 and was given a clean bill of health. I take finasteride and flomax. I am ready to go to bed. I am thinking that drinking some more water and monitoring through the night should work. Not sure that more would be done if I went to the emergency room. What procedures might be used to diagnose?
You can go through Ultrasound, CT abdomen, and Cystoscopy. These are the best investigations for your diagnosis.
