What Does Blood Sugar Level Of 91mg Indicate?

Hi, I am 24yrs, 5ft 4" and 160lbs. About 30 mins ago I started feeling really dizzy as if i wanted to pass out, I figured I just did not have enough to eat, so I had a meal a full meal. I checked my blood sugar about 2 mins ago and it is at 91mg. Is this good or bad?

Dear firiend i can understand your concerns
in my opinion your blood sugar is fine and good.
i suggest you to concentrate in reducing your weight as excess weight ca lead to conditions like type 2 diabetes and hypertension.
daily go for exercises and try to maintain your BMI around 25

Blood sugar 91mg% is very normal.
If The dizziness you suffered was for first time then it may have been because of various reasons including may be low blood sugar.
If it has happened to you earlier as well then you must get investigated for the same.
Avoid hunger and drink lot of water.
