Pulmonologist 's  Response
Prominent broncovascular marking on chest x ray is normal phenomenon. No need to worry about it. Due to gravity the vessels surrounding the bronchus in the lower part of the lung tend to accumulate more blood and becomes somewhat more radio opaque and visible more in x ray. So both lower part of lung with vessels gives appearance proprominent broncovascular markings. Somestimes expiratory film also gives same picture. And for your problem I think you should consult pulmonologist and ENT surgeon as your symptoms are more infavour of sinusitis.
