What Does Brown/red Semen With Jelly Masses Suggest?
I am 22 yrs ..a few days ago semen's colour at the end of ejaculation changed to brown or red i cant identified that and its accompanied with small jelly like masses..and the problem still present ..i am already having varicocele..so whats your diagnosis??

Brown or red color semen with jelly like clumps suggesting agglutination of sperm is due to infection of either seminal Vesicle or Prostate .
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Semen culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis.
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis
