What Does Brownish Discharge Mean After Completing Primolut N For PCOS?

Hello my period finished on the 21th of last month then I started having heavy flow again after 2 days I visited the doctor and they did a scan which showed polycystic ovarian syndrome,, I was asked to take primonut N for 7 days,,, 2 days after I completed the drugs I noticed a brownish discharge. What does it mean???
