What Does Bruise With Red Spots In The Middle Indicate?

I had a bruise a couple days ago now it s like a perfect circle shape and it s not a bruise any more the middle had Rd spots and it s like I can feel lump in middle at feels like a bruise on the inside. What is it ? I took a picture but I don t know how to send it! Help?

It could be a small hematoma. Associated with bruises. Bruises will settle down in 3-4 days but hematoma will take time.
