What Does Build Up Of Cheese Like Substance On Penis Indicate?

My husband has got a build up of cheese like substance constantly under his penis. He has just come out of hospital and has taken a numerous amount of antibiotics. We had sex for the first time after he came out of hospital and he said it was stinging during intercourse
