What Does Bump On The Head Of Penis Indicate?

i have a small single bump on the head of my penis, it has been there fr quite some time and i havent thought much of it. it is hard and caused no pain at the time, recently however it started acting like a pimple, became red around area and looks like it needs to pop. i dont wanna pop it for im afraid of what it even is... help??

Please do not do anything on the little bump on your penis. Earlier it was not having any pain but nowadays it is creating a problem. You should not ignore it do consult a doctor for physical investigation.
