A couple of days ago I noticed a bump on the side of my nose. I wasn't hit by anything and I don't think I was stung by anything either so I thought it may be an ingrown. It is very sensitive at the touch and 2 days later, there is no change. What can it be?

Hi,
It seems that this might be due to ingrown hair follicle infection.
It might grow more and might produce induration and swelling.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3 days.
