What Does Bumps On Penis After Having Unprotected Sex Indicate?

hey Dr.Samuel im 10 y\o and i have a question, i barely notice them today but, i have these two bumps right next to each other on my penis im assuming that there are ingrown hairs and hopefully not a std. ive also had sex two night in a row with two different girls and both times unprotected. so i was wondering if you can help calm my nerves by let me know what you think.
