What Does Burning Penis Head With Rashes And White Powder Deposit Suggest?

i am 29 yrs man my wife is 26yrs.we got married 3yrs back.her period is irregular,but she is taking fertility treatment,but from past 2 months we are having problem during intercourse.no lubrication on her vagina for that we use coconut oil 2 lubricate.if we use also lower abdomain pain she is having and after inter course on my penis head is burning and rashes are coming and it will automatically cure with in 4 hours.or some times white (flour like) powder is deposited like patch on the skin of my penis. pls tell me what is it?

Understand your concern
Your problem is due to poor hygiene (balanitis ) and due to use of coconut lubricate.
White deposit is segma. It is secretion of the gland that deposit under the foreskin of penis. Rash after sex may be due to lubricant that use. (may be due to allergy)
Take following advice:
Use liquid base lubricant instead of coconut. Spend more time in the foreplay before sexual intercourse.
Daily wash you penis by pulling the foreskin with warm water that will remove the deposit segma.
Us liquid soap rather than perfumed soap. Apply lotion that contain vitamin and mineral that act as a moisturizer.
If rash is not resolve apply clotrimazole plus hydrocortisone ointment.
Keep the area clean and dry. Apply candid powder.
