What Does Chest Pain And Breathlessness Indicate?
well for about a week now i have be having some lightheadedness and some chest pain but no tightness and my heart is not going crazy , but my chest hurts but not short of breath just feel very strange and i dont smoke and i only eat very heathly and i work alot whats going on why am i feeling like this?

Hi i read your query very carefully.
First of all you should be relaxed and go to see your doctor.
I suggest to do an ECG, ECHO and stress test. If everything is ok than you have nothing to worry about.
