What Does Clearish White In Stool Signify?

I have noticed the past month that I have clearish white in my stool so today I put on gloves to see what it was (if it it was worms) and the clearish white was about the length of a grain of rice maybe a little longer. I also found white-ish things smaller than an eraser on a pencil they where hard like a pebble but they did break/crumble. What could it be?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If there is a worm being suspected then it has to be confirmed, but most of the time what you see in fecal material is the food eaten related particles. Without the clinical condition related to that it is nothing to worry neither to be conscious about it and still if you want to clear the doubt then stool needs to be sent for testing without this nothing can be said for sure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
