What Does Cloudiness On Lower Lungs On A CAT Scan Report Indicate?
Accidentally found cloudiness on lower lungs on cat scan from Abdominal scan. After lung scan and 2 bronchoscopies, they still can t give me a diagnosis. Recently, started coughing and have low grade fever. They have no answers...worked for Motorola in the 70 s. Could this be something I acquired from the factory?
Thanks for your question on HCM. I think you are having old fibrotic lesion in lower zones. Since your bronchoscopy is negative, possibility of inactive, healed, fibrotic lesion is more. Better to get done trans thoracic lung biopsy (CT guided). This will surely gives you diagnosis. And I don't think it is work related. So better to consult another pulmonologist and discuss all these.
