What Does Collapsed Gestational Sac During Early Pregnancy Indicate?

I have a guesstimate time frame of being 7 weeks pregnant. No test have been done to determine how far along i really am. I took two home pregnancy tests on two different days and they were positive so, i made a appointment that following Tuesday and things were fine. Saw a gestational sac but nothing else so another vaginal ultrasound was scheduled for two weeks later and now im told that my gestational sac has collapsed, no baby, no yolk sac, no heart beat, & i need to schedule a D&C. What do i do at this point? I feel fine

I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.
Let me first explain you your condition.You were pregnant but due to some reason baby couldn't survive.So your doctor has adviced you to undergo dilation and evacuation.So just stay calm dont panic and everything will be fine. Thank you.
