Hi, You didn't mention your age in your history, anyhow i will give my best possible answer with options. Many of my patients complained the similar symptoms like feeling dizzy which usually worsen by turning the head to some position and during bend forward. This usually feel like
dizziness of head rather than unsteadiness of legs.
1. If you have
vomiting sense along with these symptoms this may be due to a condition known as Positional
vertigo which is due to some imbalance in the fluid system of
inner ear. its bot a big issue but a disturbing one for all patients. Try to find out at which positions of head your symptoms become worse and better avoid it.
2. If the dizzy feeling lasting for few seconds to minutes and you are above 40 with other illness like
hypertension or
diabetes, it may be transient ischemic attacks due to temporary reduction in flow of blood to brain.
For the first condition please consult a ENT surgeon or
neurologist and they will suggest some antivertigo drugs.
If you have condition similar to second one, please consult your general physician or cardiologist to rule out any changes in your blood vessels.
Some simple measure could reduce your severity of problem. please don't rise from bed in a single stretch, instead try to sit on bed for 1-2 minutes then get over from the bed. Moving your eyes in all directions slowly will improve the condition to some extend. thank you
