What Does Constant Vaginal Discharge With Brown Spotting After Ovulation Mean?
Hcg levels down to zero after misoprostol. Had ovulation signs and had intercourse. Constant vaginal discharge - no infection/itching for past week . Had 3 days of brown spotting no bleeding around a week after possible ovulation. Assuming I am 15dpo and a negative hpt - what s really going on ?

Hu, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Spotting post ovulation can be because of the implantation bleeding in pregnancy or can be due to hormonal disturbances like low progesterone value.
I would suggest you to repeat the urine pregnancy test after1 week, and if positive then further management should be done accordingly.
