Hello,
Commonly bloating occurs due to consuming gas producing food, food that your system reacts to, eating too fast,
constipation, taking too much high fiber food, alcohol intake. Avoid taking carbonated beverages, cut on alcohol intake, take
gluten free food, avoid taking food that your system is allergic to.
Medical conditions like liver dysfunction,
celiac disease and IBS can trigger bloating. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP. Get required tests and investigations done. You will be accordingly treated. In the meantime, chew food properly before eating, take time to eat. Take food that is easily digestible. Avoid taking red meat and food that causes constipation. Constipation triggers gas and bloating.
Taking herbal teas helps to release gas. You can also take antacids and PPIs, to get rid of acidity. Take stool softeners &
magnesium supplements to get rid of
gastritis. Avoid sedentary lifestyle. Do regular exercises for better bowel movement. Avoid taking processed food.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
