What Does Cramping During Pregnancy Mean?
I m 31 weeks pregnant an have been losing pieces of my plug for about 5-6 days lost a piece yesterday with a little bit of pink an today a big piece of the plug no pink an some more little pieces baby is moving fine but I m a little crampy, nauseous, and have a headache what could this mean??

In my opinion you need to visit your gynecologist as soon as possible and don't do any heavy work and if possible keep lying down as much as possible so as to have adequate rest.
