Hello dear, poor ability of sperm to penetrate means inability of sperm to fertilise ovum and thus failing to achieve a successful pregnancy eventually. This is the theoretical part of your answer but I will be able to guide u better if I have some points of your history like
: why were you advised semen analysis
: your age
: how long have you been married
: smoking and drinking habits

Till then as far as this report is concerned - your sperm count is good but motility is average and there is poor acrosome action, chances of spontaneous conception are still there but definitely decreased.
