Hey, I am always dehydrated and have really chapped lips, and still drink more water then the average person. I also get these unstable feeling in my arms and legs. It is hard to do precision things such as typing on my keyboard or even picking up a glass. I can do it, I just have to put more muscle and effort into it, also when I workout, run, etc. it plys a large role and makes my muscles tired a lot faster then they usually get, any help would be appreciated, thanks
