Hello dear
Understand your concern.
As bleeding occur after the taking plan B.
Chance of pregnancy is very less.
Confirm the pregnancy by blood HCG or USG
I think it is a side effects of plan B, as it contain high progesterone level.
So period may be delayed/earlier/light/heavy.
It will take around 3-4 months to become regular. But varies from person to person.

For safer side: Do the hormone profile and USG by consulting the gynecologist.
If further delayed occur, you can induce the period by prescribed drug medroxyprogesterone 10 mg for 5 days.
And bleeding will come in next 2-4 days.
Take meftal spas for pain
Drink lots of fulid
Proper rest
Avoid stress
Relaxation exercise and yoga
Healthy diet with fruits like papaya, orange, pineapple

Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
