What Does Diarrhea, Dizziness And Urge To Throw Up Mean?

I been feeling not good the past 3/4 days It started off with a fever one day I woke up n felt weak dizzy and couldn t see n I was sweaty & felt like fainting my mom gave me medicine and it went away that same day I got diarrhea didn t tell my mom until the day after I got it she gave me medicine for that and it hasn t worked here it is 3 days later and I still have it but it s a dark dark grey color and I constantly have the urge to throw up but never do and I ve I also haven t been eating as often because I can t idk why but certain foods I just can t eat without gagging and idk why I ve never had this problem before I m 17 and a female with anemia if that helps

Noted your history of not feeling good for 4 days, had fever, weakness, dizziness, sweating, felt like fainting. Got diarrhea same day and so on as you have explained so well.
All these are indicative of gastroenteritis and on investigations may find a specific cause like typhoid or so.
I would advise you the following.
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination, tests of stool, blood and urine and get an appropriate treatment with antibiotics, symptomatic and supportive medicines.
If the hydration can not be maintained due to vomiting, it is needed to have admission in the hospital, have intravenous fluids and electrolyte solutions and therapy as needed.
