Diastolic notch in uterine artery with increased s/d ratio indicates low tissue perfusion means there are more chances of intrauterine growth retardation & pre-eclampsia ( high BP ). Your baby is lagging in growth by 3wks according to scan. You consult your obstetrician. They will start you on some tablets (antioxidants, aspirin) for fetal growth & to reduce the chance of preeclamsia. Frequent fetal surveillance is needed.
