What Does Difficulty In Urinating With Right Abdominal Pain Indicate?

I am having a lot of trouble while urinating, it is very difficult for me to be able to urinate. I am either sitting there for 10 minutes trying to concentrate and be absolutely still and if that don t work I have to push straining myself as if I m making a bowel movement just so I m able to urinate. I have been dealing with this problem for a year now but recently every time I urinate I get bad pains on my right side from my belly button rapping around to my back. What could be the cause of this?

kindly mention your sex. Because there are different causes for male and female according to age. In old male it is commonly seen in benign prostatic hyperplasia. In young patients it is seen in urinary tract infection. You also need ultrasound abdomen. Tell me your age and sex so that I can help you further.
