What Does Disc Osteophyte Complex In This Report Mean?

At C5-C6 there is a disc osteophyte complex which which is prominent in the right paracentral region. This is effacing the ventral thecal sac in the right paracentral region and flattening the right anterior cord. What does this mean and what symptoms does this cause?

It is a sign of sponylosis. You feel tingling and numbness in your hand n arms
.back pain.also initially you might feel burning sensation in hands.
