Hello,

It can be:

1. smegma - it can be wiped out, keeping the genitals clean and washing everything you take bath in the morning will help you get better.
2. bacterial or fungal infection - using a local application of antifungal or antibiotic depending on the diagnosis will help you
3. it can be phimosis - surgical management, checking blood sugar will help you rule out cause.
4. checking for STI if you had unprotected sex.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr S.R.Raveendran, Sexologist
