What Does Double Ear Infection And Drooling With Foam In Children Indicate?

I just took my 2 1/2 year old grandson to the doctor, he has double ear infections. However, he has, throughout the day during nap and now spleep, drooling with a lot of foam. I wipe it constantly and it has me very concerned. I read here online opinions of dry mouth etc. Which he does not have. Lack of water? maybe...what do you suggest. Grandma

Adenoids enlargement cause nasal obstruction for patient need to breath through mouth and could be associated with drooling of saliva. Also some facial changes can be seen. Adenoid infection is associated with both ear discharge.
