What Does Dry Itchy Nose, Swallowing Difficulty, Mild Fever And Body Pain Indicate?

Hello Doctor,I am having the problem of Cold infection once in 5 to six months. the symptoms are dry itchy nose. difficult to swallow saliva. no throat pain. mild fever. body pain, leg pain. is it the symptoms of hay fever. I get this atleast once in six months. what should be done for this??

Yes it could be allergy; avoid too much contact with plants and pets. Use nasal saline drops, warm saline gargles and steam inhalations. If it does not settle in a week or so, it is better to see an ENT.
