What Does Fibronodular Densities In The Upper Lung On Chest X-ray Suggest?

Hi. Hope you could help me. My PA chest x-ray reveals fibronodular densities in the upper right lung; both apices are clear. This was confirmed by my 2nd x-ray (Chest Apicolordotic view). I m concerned because the first exam states suspected PTB and the second result says chronic inflammatory process in the upper lung field . I have no history of lung problem except for broncho pneumonia when I was 14 and asthma when I was a kid. I am now 31. I am not a smoker though I have had history owing to acting. The last smoke I had was in February with half a rolled tobacco. There is also an ongoing renovation where I live; been going on since April.

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should consult pulmonologist and get done CT Thorax and Bronchoscopy. Both these will help you in
1. Is it active disease or healed lesion of past pneumonia.
2. Is it TB or some other chronic infection like fungal pneumonia.
So no need to worry much just consult pulmonologist with your x rays and discuss these things with him.
