What Does Flesh Coloured Bumps On The Insides Of The Thigh, That Hurt A Little, Indicate?

I have a little flesh colored bump on the inside of my thigh really close to my buttcheck. The bump has been there for awhile and hasn't hurt. I thought maybe I could pop it but nothing happened. I also thought it was extra skin or something but I have a few. Like I said, it hasn't hurt but today I felt it and it kinda did. What could it be?

Hi

The kind of skin lesions that you have can either be Skin tags or these can even be viral warts.
Skin colored raised lesions at this site which do not cause any pain or discomfort point towards the above two possibilities.
I would advise you to get yourself assessed by a dermatologist for the same.
While skin tags are essentially harmless elevations of the skin, viral warts on the other hand can be contagious in nature and can spread if not treated on time.
