What Does Green Cyst Like Capsule In Stool Indicate?
This is embarrassing but I just found two green cyst like capsules in my stool they look like large peas or the size of small grapes but I haven t eaten anything that comes remotely close to what these looked like I popped one and it looked like green grummous debris was inside of them. Please don t print this question but what could they be?

Greenish cyst looking capsule in stools can occur in various conditions like excess unprocessed bile (which is to be digested by certain enzymes) or iron supplements,or celiac disease or Protozoal infestation etc.
But it needs to get evaluated further (if symptoms persists) by various investigations like complete hemogram,ESR,urine and stool R/M examination for ova,cyst with abdominal ultrasound.
In my advice you should take some symptomatic treatment,
1) Antacids like H2 blockers (ranitidine) or proton pump inhibitors (pantoprazole or rabeprazole) will help to reduce excess acid production in stomach.
2) anti-protozoal medication if there is parasitic infestations found.
If symptoms persists with greenish stools then you should see physician who will take complete medical history and know all the relevant tests to identify the underlying cause.
The definitive treatment will depend upon the underlying cause.
