What Does Growing Pain Under Collar Bone With A Mass Shown In CT Scan Suggest?

Hello I am experiencing left sided pain under my collar bone, the left side of my neck and my breast bone. On a recent CT scan the radiologist spotted 2 lymph nodes and a small mass underneath my tissue expander(I am two years out of A diagnosis for IDC). Anyways I am following up with the oncologist but would like t know what this pain that is increasing is? I know it is not muscular. Thank you

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think that you might be having cervical lymph node involved. It can be due to spread of cancer also. So we should not take it lightly.
I would recommend you to meet a pathologist and get FNAC or biopsy of these. If there is any spread than it might need chemotherapy or radiotherapy. If report is normal than you can relax that it is just infection.
I hope this answer will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
