What Does Half Size Sac With Delivering Early Indicate In 21 Week Pregnancy?
My daughter was told at her 21st week ultra sound her sack did not fully form. It s only half the size it should be. The baby is where she should be and is getting enough nourishment for now. But there is big risk of delivering early. Can you please give us any info on this? And what is this called? Thank you! R.L.Williams
What is the sack? What structure did not fully form? Can you ask your doctor to be more specific about what is going on? If baby is nourishing and growing normally the placenta is functioning properly. Is there enough amniotic fluid?
