What Does Hard Knot On Lower Right Breast Indicate?

I have a small hard knot on my lower right my breast. Though, it is near the center of my chest. I am a male. It's been there for a while now, and has not gotten larger in size. It only hurts occasionally, and when it does it's not that bad. What would you say it is?

Hello,
I suspect it to be either keloid or hypertrophic scar.
But it may be sebaceous cyst.
Very rarely it can be a cancer or tumour.

Thus it is difficult to diagnose without visual and further proper physical examination.
Please check the lump with your primary care physician.
if it is due to keloid or Hypertrophic scar, nothing to worry about.
If it is due to sebaceous cyst, complete excision is usually advised.

Hope this helps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
