What Does Hard Little Spot Under Penis Indicate?
My husband has hard a hard little spot under the skin on his penis ...for many years.it had a little black head like come on it.........he squeezed it and finally a small brown seed like piece came out.......he now has like a extra little skin flap with a tiny whole left on his penis.......what could this be???????? Please help

Haed lump with black head on shaft of the penis is mostly a Sebaceous Cyst .However this can be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon.
Consult General surgeon .If neede he may excise it in Toto under local anesthesia.
