What Does Hard Lump Under The Skin Oozing Smelly Stuff Suggest?
Hi. I have a hard lump under my skin on my face and it keeps getting bigger and then at its biggest I just put a little pressure on it and weird smelly stuff came out of it. It went from a pea sized hard lump to a huge lump in like 6 months I had the small lump for about a year or two before it started to get bigger

I feel you are having sebaceous cyst, your complains matches the condition,
it usually starts with small pea sized as you described and the foul smell is of cheesy sebaceous material. face is a common site for that.
It will not go away until the capsule wall of the cyst is not removed, so what I mean to say is it won't be cleared only by squeezing, you should consult a dermatologist or a good surgeon for the surgical removal of the cyst.
