What Does High TSH Level Indicate While Having Ovarian Cyst?

i got married in nov 2020.since then im suffering from cyst in left overy and ultrasound reports show free fluid in posteror cul-de-sac
serum TSH level is heigher then normal i.e 7.3ulU/ml other hormones like prolactin and testosterone are normal what does it indicate
plzz help!

To give you further information regarding the cysts in left ovary is very important to know the level:(in blood test)
-basal serum total testosterone,
- free testosterone
-androstenedione
- dehydroepiandosterone-sulfate (DHEAS)
-prolactin
- estradiol,
-luteinizing hormone,
-follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)
-free triiodothyronine (FT3)
- free thyroxine (FT4)
- thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH)-Cortisol, 11-deoxycorticosterone and 17-hydroxyprogesterone (17-OHP),
-I need to know are you tretment for your Hypothyroid?
- I would like you to suggest the thyroid hormone replacement therapy as your doctor give it because , in addition to stabilizing thyroid hormone levels, ovarian cysts regress and ovarian volume is reduced.
After3 months taking thyroid hormone replacemnt therapy you must to chec:TSH,DHEAS,free Testosteron and ultrasound overy.
