High heart has many reasons.few common one are anaemia that is decreased hemoglobin level . hyperthyroidism or thyrotoxicosis excessive use of caffeine containing drinks. Certain drugs, anxiety and depression , fever and cardiac illness etc.to assess cause of increased heart a through evaluation is needed . If needed some blood work , ECG and echocardiography is indicated depending upon cause.feeling of dizziness double vision and falling out are some of important and serious symptoms that are suggestive of rhythm abnormalities . That we need to look for .so in my opinion you must consult your physician for proper evaluation and management .
