if you have high lymphosites in your urine and have hpv can that be the answer or could it be a urinary tract infection or something else. I have to go back to the Dr. tomorrow for another u/a and am concerned because I told my husband I thought something was wrong with my urine when I did my u/a at the doctors office because it looked real yellow. He told me I was imagining there was something wrong and yet they called today and want me to come back in for another u/a. So I guess I was right after all something is not right. What is your opinion?
Hello Thank you for writing to us on Health care Magic. Based on your history the response to your question is as follows. 1. Increased lymphocytes in urine usually indicates chronic inflammation. Associates stones or cancers needs to be ruled out. 2. Will require cystoscopy and ultrasound abdomen to identify any cause. 3. Any history of tuberculosis, renal transplants, or any auto immune disorders will be necessary for further evaluation. Do get back with test reports and more clinical details for further opinion. Hope this is helpful to you. Do write back to me for further questions. Thank you
