I am 28 years old and want my first pregnancy. But a large oval bilobed hypoechoic soft tissue mass of whorled echogenicity 54x34mm size is seenposterioly in the mid body abutting & displacing the endometrial echoes. Please let me know if this could be a problem in conception and pregnancy.

Hello

Large, oval, bilobed hypoechoic soft tissue mass of whorled echogenicity may indicate fibroid uterus.
Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus and its management depend upon many things like age, symptoms, family is completed or not.
Your wife need proper evaluation.Normal pregnancy is possible with fibroid uterus but it may also interfere is pregnancy like delay in conception, recurrent abortion etc.
Firstly she may need conservative treatment in the form of hormone therapy.
Myomectomy(surgical removal of fibroid)is the last option.

Get well soon.
Take Care
