What Does Incomplete Bone Spur Fusion Of Both Feet Indicate?

Both feet are 90 percent bony spur fused from ankle timid foot. i wear arizona boots but pain is very bad. I am still (walding) walking but slowly and carefully. Will they ever fuse completely? It has taken about two years to get far after two knee replacements which went very well.Love my knees. But all the new spurs just go to my feet. been advised surgery is out of question but three poditrists have no idea how long it will take to completely fuse and pain to finally get better. None have seen this problem so bad and are very surprised i still walk. Thoughts please. I am 69 and in fair health not overweight
