i have severe degree of bilateral foraminal stenosis at L-5-S1 I walked a few yards satdown & suddenly both legs became completely numb or paralyzed couldn't feel anything in both legs couldn't stand up either. waited awhile then suddenly they went back to normal.what does this sound like?
