What Does It Mean If Doctor Feels Baby's Head Down In Vaginal Exam?

im 37 weeks pregnant and the went for a check up last week and the doctor told me the baby hasn't dropped yet and the babys head is down and i feel alot of pressure down there like really bad period cramps and i had bad diarrhea. what does this mean? does it mean labor is coming?

Hi..your symptoms are due to position of head of your baby..it must be occipito posterior position leading to early feel of labour pain.. If I would be your doctor then would call you at hospital for examination.
