What Does It Mean If My Contrast-enhanced MRI For Prostate Cancer Showed Two Level 4 Lesions, And Is It Likely To Be Cancer?

I just had a Contrast-enhanced MRI for prostate cancer because it runs in my family I m 56 and it cam e back with 2 areas with 2 lesion at a level 4 not stage 4 what does this means sine I got a basic answer rather then a pacific answer and know I m set up to get a biopsy. Is this mostly going to be cancer
