What Does It Mean To Have Fibroid Detected In An Anteverted Uterus On Tests?
Hi, I want to share my ultrasound report and want u to tell me details because I m so worried. Report is (urinary bladder is filled, calculus or wall thickening.uterus is anteverted measures 8.1*4.2*4.8cm.shows ECT measuring 4.1mm.1.4*1.5cm heterogeneous area mainly hychoechoic ,is noted in posterior wall of the uterus may be a fibroid.no evidence of pregnancy at present. Right overt measures 2.1*2.1cm.left ovary measures 1.7*1.9cm.both overlies shows normal size,shape and follicular activity. No adnexal mass or cyst is noted.no fluid in cul de sac. IMPRESSION.?small fibroid. Hope to get ur answer soon

The report is essentially normal, normal uterus is always anteverted.
the Endometrium is normal thickness.
The fibroids are small and may not be a cause for concern
