Hello

Your semen analysis findings may indicate semen infection with low sperm motility.
There are excess pus cells and RBC in semen, this may indicate infection.
You may need investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, semen culture and sensitivity, ultrasound of scrotum.
You may need to take antibiotics.

Motility is low.Normally it should be at least 55 %.Your findings suggests 50 % motility,so it is low.

Sperm count is normal.Normally it should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Other findings like colour, volume etc are normal.

Fertility and sperm motility are expected to increase with control of infection.
If findings persists then you may need assisted fertilization technique.
Avoid alcohol and cigarettes if you take these things.

Get well soon.
Take Care
