Scan reveal; anteverted uterus measured 56×44×37mm with homogeneous myometrial echo-texture. Seen on scan is intrauterine gestational sac with regular border and without fetal pole seen. Fluid collection seeen around the sac. Feature in line with threatened abortion. The cervical-os is closed. Both adnexa are relatively free. IMPRESSION Intrauterine gestation CRL=14mm GA=05wks 3d Threatened abortion Re-scan following bed rest
