What Does It Mean When One Nipple Hurts? No Fluid Discharge

What does it mean when only one of your nipples hurt? The thing is, I noticed it was heavy a week ago but then that feelings gone. Now, something like a vein or a nerve (doesnt seem like a lump is touchable) and my nipple feels sore. I only noticed the pain yesterday. I m only 12 years old and it really freaks me out. I want to see my school nurse on Thursday (I ve made an appointment) and I m really worried. Also no fluids or anything else comes out. My period ended about 10 days ago. Thank you.

Hi,
It seems that this might be due to puberty changes occur in your breasts giving rise to this feeling.
At this age due to more hormonal changes going on might produce this problem.
Nothing to worry.
Get your breasts examined by nurse and get tension free.
