Hi doctor please my scan reads an anteverted and moderately sized uterus with uniform myometrial echo pattern. It measures about 76mm*45mm*52mm, So and transverse diameter. The endometrial cavity is noted empty and normal. The thickness is about 15mm The both ovaries are normal in sizes with normal stromal tissue echo pattern. There is copious posterior parametrial fluid collection with no clear evidence of gestational changes NB: can you please explain it to me. Thank you sir
